The Maine Center for Disease Control, Maine Mobile Health Program, and Inland Hospital are excited to offer a 40 hour core competency training for Community Health Workers in Maine. Trainers will deliver a curriculum developed by the Institute for Public Health Innovation, which complies with the State of Maine’s CHW training guidelines.

To register please submit an application no later than August 28^th, 2017.

Space is limited so please apply early!

There will be no registration fee associated with the training, but participants are expected to cover their own travel expenses. Lunch will be provided each day.
