Dr. Carol Eckert
It is with great sadness that we share that Dr. Carol Eckert, a volunteer clinician with Maine Migrant Health Program, died on October 13, 2016 due to injuries from a bicycling accident. Heat Stress Prevention – Stay safe this summer!
Hot working conditions, either under the sun or in barns, are faced by most farmworkers, even in relatively cool Maine.
